At Kingdom Forge, our faith shapes how we live, how we treat people and how we do business. Family and community matter to us. So does being someone others can count on.
We believe a handshake means something. When we give our word, we take that commitment seriously. That means listening carefully, speaking honestly and following through. It means respecting your time, earning your trust and being clear about what we can do—and what still needs work.
Those values guide the way we look at development. A building is part of a neighborhood. A community is part of people’s lives. As we explore new possibilities for places, we keep the people they could serve at the heart of the conversation.

Kingdom Forge focuses on the property and the plan: finding opportunities, bringing together capital and construction resources, and coordinating the work to move a project forward.
On selected senior-living projects, Solinity brings the operating experience: managing the community’s day-to-day needs and the services that support the people who live there.
We’re independent businesses working together where our strengths fit. For each project, we agree on who is responsible for what, how decisions will be made and how ownership is structured. Clear expectations give everyone a shared understanding of the work ahead.
